In this workshop we’ll explore:
• Why stress persists even with regular yoga or meditation and what’s actually required for it to improve
• How to work directly with state and energy so calm and equanimity become accessible under pressure
• How awareness-based practices shift identity, not just symptoms allowing change to stabilise over time

The Three Shifts from Chaos to Calm
✨ State: Learn how to work directly with the nervous system so calm becomes a lived, embodied experience rather than a temporary state
✨ Story: Notice and soften the deeper narratives shaping how you meet pressure, responsibility, and self-expectation
✨ Strategy: Apply a whole-person, transpersonal framework (the Koshas) that integrates body, mind, energy and awareness so change holds under real life conditions
