A free 90-minute online Yoga Therapy workshop for high-functioning individuals and leaders who have already explored yoga or meditation and are now seeking consistent, embodied change, not just occasional relief.

This workshop is for those who sense that calm isn’t missing because of effort or discipline but because it hasn’t yet landed at the level of the nervous system, identity and awareness.

You’re not broken, your system is protecting you.

If you’re capable, driven and outwardly successful yet internally tired, reactive or flat, this isn’t a failure of mindset or willpower.

It’s the body holding patterns that insight alone cannot resolve. Real calm emerges when stress is met at the level of state, story and awareness not just thought.

In this workshop we’ll explore:

• Why stress persists even with regular yoga or meditation and what’s actually required for it to improve
• How to work directly with state and energy so calm and equanimity become accessible under pressure
• How awareness-based practices shift identity, not just symptoms allowing change to stabilise over time

What You’ll Learn

The Three Shifts from Chaos to Calm

State: Learn how to work directly with the nervous system so calm becomes a lived, embodied experience rather than a temporary state

Story: Notice and soften the deeper narratives shaping how you meet pressure, responsibility, and self-expectation

Strategy: Apply a whole-person, transpersonal framework (the Koshas) that integrates body, mind, energy and awareness so change holds under real life conditions

About Your Guide

Meet Emily Bruce Yoga Therapist & Guide in Embodied Change

Emily Bruce is a Hampshire-based Yoga Therapist and meditation teacher specialising in nervous-system-led, awareness-based approaches to stress, leadership fatigue, and identity-level change.

Emily has founded and led several wellness ventures — from retreats to online programs and collaborative projects — all designed to bridge ancient yoga philosophy with modern psychology and nervous system science.

Passionate about holistic mental health and stress resilience, Emily now speaks and teaches on how embodied awareness and yoga philosophy can transform how we lead, love and live.

Her work is particularly suited to intelligent, reflective and capable seekers who sense that their next shift requires depth, not more techniques.

What Previous Clients have to Say

"Stress was upon me before entering the workshop.
I had not slept through the night for so many weeks.
That night, I slept so peacefully & calmly and woke up in such a beautiful space — my mind, body & soul calm. 7 days later, I still feel the same.
Emily reminded me to change my story around stress & to keep checking in on myself 😊 which I'm doing on a regular. I now meditate daily.

Emily is blessed with such a profound gift. I am grateful to experience this gift and the wealth of wonderful information she imparts through her teachings of yoga / meditation with such serenity. Namaste 🤍"

I found your attitude toward your body—gentle, respectful, even loving—really moving. It challenged me to consider whether I could feel the same about mine. You create such an inclusive, grounded space where everyone feels welcome, regardless of ability and you explain things with care and clarity. That kind of permission-giving is rare and powerful.

- Andrew, Yoga Student

"I feel fantastic!! I am the tightest most inflexible person and always have hip and back pain and it’s GONE!! Besides the fact I hold all the stress in my body, I am such a knotted up person generally but my hips feel so fantastic today. I really can’t remember the last time I felt like this! Such good motivation to continue to practice everything I learnt yesterday. Thank you 🙏"
